FREELANCE HAIR, MAKEUP AND PROSTHETICS ARTIST FOR FILM AND TELEVISION
Originally from Svishtov, Bulgaria, Boryana moved to the United Kingdom in 2012. Her interest in beauty started later in 2016, when she decided she wanted to study makeup and prosthetics making as further education. In 2022 she became a post graduate student from London College of Fashion, UAL where she received her degree in BA(Hons) Hair, Makeup and prosthetics for Performance. Currently practicing makeup artistry and hairstyling as a freelancer and working as a makeup artist and beauty specialist at Space NK. With over 4 years of experience in the industry, Boryana specialise mainly in film/tv, prosthetics and editorial, however her training covers all specialities in the industry. She expresses her skills and ideas through collaborating with other likeminded individuals like herself, and also by carrying out her own personal projects. As a practitioner she enjoys to use her creative freedom and take charge of the ideas for the projects which she takes part in, making sure to complete tasks to a refined standard and satisfaction. In the early days of her career, she strives to take on any opportunity which comes her way and be hopeful for what is to come in the future.
